For movers of all backgrounds, discover how to create authentic, expressive art in-the-moment. Informed by Open Source Forms, Alexander Technique and Action Theater, here is an invitation to playfully deepen your skill and comfort with movement-based improvisation.

Embodied Writing

Movement becomes words, language becomes movement. Explore what happens when we allow the creative experiencing of our expressive bodies to interact with playfulness and intention with the written word. Perfect for writers afraid to move, for movers and actors afraid to write, as well as those seasoned in both.
